  • Log submission. Remember deadline is now only 7 days. Carefully check that you have the correct category in your Cabrillo log file. Submit your log to the SAC Robot!
  • Have fun!

Thank You!

Thanks to all who particpated in SAC CW and SAC SSB. We are now doing the logchecking with full steam. This year the log submission records for CW and SSB were broken. This year we received 1327 (+11%) CW logs and 1046 (+14%) SSB.

More than 300.000 QSO-lines for CW and  240.000 for SSB will be checked rigorously by the SAC Contest Committee. Stay tuned for the results …

Time to submit your SAC SSB Log!

The SAC SSB 2013 is over and we are happy that the propagation this year was fantastic compared to 2012. Lot’s of stations made large amounts of QSO’s on the higher bands.

One week after the contest, we have received more than 900 logs. But we still want more submissions, no matter how many QSO’s you made! So please send in your log, if you haven’t done it already.

CHECK YOUR CATEGORY
Before you submit your log, take extra care and check that you have entered the correct category according to the rules. Note that there are different sets of categories within or outside Scandinavia. If you are outside Scandinavia you may use the DX-cluster, but if you do, you must enter the Assisted category as a Single Operator.

USE THE ROBOT
Please submit your log, using our log-robot at http://sactest.net/robot
If you encounter any problems, you may submit your log again. If problems persists, contact us by email support@sactest.net. If you have logged on paper, a good tool to use is WA7BNM Cabrillo Manual Log Entry.

DEADLINE
Log deadline is the 27:th of October 23:59 UTC.

SAC SSB 12-13 October

SAC CW is over and logs are received by the log Robot. Today we have received more than 1100 logs. But we still need more logs. Deadline is  6th of October, so please upload your log if you haven’t done it already.

The SAC SSB is 12-13 October 1200-1159 UTC and all the Scandinavians are eager to meet new and old friends on voice also! Inspire others to get on the air by announcing your activity by filling in a simple form. Go to: https://www.sactest.net/blog/announce_form/

Check out the rules at https://www.sactest.net/blog/rules/. And no we are not kidding: Read the rules! You will maximize your fun by knowing the rules. For instance, remember not to transmitt in the 3790-3800 kHz frequency window. All QSO’s made there will be worth zero, so don’t go there and waste your time!

Check out last years results and set up a new personal goal! Look at https://www.sactest.net/blog/result/searchscore.php to see both your own and your friends scores.

Finnally, we encourage you to connect your logging program to the site http://cqcontest.net for realtime scoreboard. It will make your participation even more exiting! It’s easy to get it going, just follow the instructions for your software.
